The dental team staff is here to help you with all phases of your visit to our office. From scheduling appointments, answering questions concerning insurance and related financial responsibility to questions concerning treatment plans and overall oral care.
Our Business Office staff are Paula and Michele, and when you call our office, your first contact with us will most likely be with them. They schedule appointments, file insurance and provide for many routine and non-routine aspects of a business office. They will greet you upon arrival and will assist you with the needed paperwork for your visit. Each of them has many years of dental office experience and are a valuable resource to our practice in their combined knowledge of dental treatment and scheduling, insurance coverage and financial arrangements. They will try to answer your questions or provide related information as best they can.
Our Dental Assistants provide assistance to our doctors in the delivery of dental care to our patients.
Madison Hopkins is our newest dental assistant. She had been interested in the dental assisting field and began “shadowing” in dental assisting at our office in 2015. She was hired as a full-time assistant in March of 2016.
Dental Hygienists, Brenda and Claudia, provide dental hygiene services for our office. They deliver a range of services from adult dental hygiene care (cleanings, X-rays, periodontal treatment and maintenance, home-care instructions) to child dental cleanings and dental sealants.
They assist our doctors in reviewing their findings during your oral care visit and in developing a treatment plan for any restorative or cosmetic procedures to be performed in future appointments.
Dental Hygienist, Brenda Einem, has been with us for many years. She is a graduate of Wichita State University Dental Hygiene Program. She and her husband, John, enjoy many outdoor activities in their spare time and spending time with Brenda’s daughter, Breianne.
Dental Hygienist, Claudia Sotelo joined our practice in early August 2016. She is a 2014 graduate of Wichita State University Dental Hygiene Program. She is from Arkansas City, Kansas but has recently moved to Winfield and is very much enjoying our community. She is anxious to get to know our patients and help provide them with a great dental hygiene experience and support them in dental care awareness.
